With the development of economy and city of our country, more and more sewages are let out. Their composition is very complex. Though a series of standard has been established and a lot of waste water decontaminating factories were set up, synthesis index of water quality can not reflect toxicity of waste water to aquatic creature, especially inherit toxicity. Many compands are short of toxicity data, even more, we can not forecast the severe harm of these complex toxical compands to ecological balance of water environment and human being. So neglecting toxicity of waste water will bring great hidden trouble to human and animals [1].Objective: Traditional Ames test, in vitro mammalian chromosome aberration test, single cell gel electrophoresis assay have been used widely in monitoring chemical toxicity. But they are not enough to evaluate chemical toxicity and teratogensis generally. Brachydanio rerio embryo development technique was approved as one of the standard methods to measure single chemical toxicity by OECD in 1996, and detailed operation guideline was set down (OECDTG212) [2]. Since then, the technique has been widely applied in environmental science, especially in ecological environment and mensurate of chemical...
