Accordingly define the state of cell-mediated immunity of patients with laryngeal carcinoma and function of costimulatory molecules CD28 and CD137 in the process of occurrence and development of laryngeal carcinoma and its roles in anti-tumor actual immunity.Methods1. Target: 30 patients with laryngeal carcinoma and 15 healthy persons were enrolled in this study.
