These years the correlative medicine of Cerebroprotein hydrolysate as one kind of effevtive medicines to the disease of brain organization is widely regarded. This research has got all-sided realiazation of such medicine's curative effect and development trend after reading a lot of documents. And on the base of a large mount of experiments and modern protein's analyzing technology , we got the comparative results of active components in different such medicines in the markets and our lab's product. Effective compositions in cerebroprotein hydrolysate are active peptides, amino acids and some trace elements. The results: the analysis of active peptide and amino acid in the samples were mostly determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and isoelectric focusing. Every samples got the corresponding atlas, they have the same amino acid compositions with different contents, and 9 kinds of required amino acid occupy large propotion of all amino acid. Every sample has four kinds of active peptide with different structure and isoelectric point, but the corresponding peptide in 4 samples has resemble structure and isoelectric point by the order of appearing time. All peptides have low molecular weight (about 300-700D), and they are mostly consist of 2-5 amino acid.On the other hand, every sample contains six major kinds trace elements: Fe Cu Co Ca Mg, Zn, and the element has different content.Active peptides, amino acids and trace elements are the main parts of the cerebroprotein hydrolysate, their difference in structure and content must directly influence the effect of such medicine, and useful datas in this paper's clinical practice are provided.
