The Experimental Study On Anti-Aging Effect Of Jian-Nao-Yi-Shou Capsule

Objective: To investigate anti-aging effect and mechanism of Jian-nao- yi-shou capsule (JC) on aged mice induced by D-galactose.Method: Choose 60 six months mice and randomly divide into six groups : JC high dose group, JC medium dose group, JC low dose group, model control group, vitamine E group and blank control group. In addition,choose 10 two months mice as young blank control group. Except two blank control groups ,the aged mice were induced by D-galactose at 120mg/kg. Meanwhile, they were treated with three doses of JC and Vitamin E. After 6 weeks , the content of MDA in liver and brain, the content of LPO in heart and liver, the content of IL-6 of blood serum and index of thymus gland were measured.Result:JC could increase the content of IL-6 of blood serum and index of thymus gland, decrease the content of MDA and LPO. Conclusion: JC has good anti-aging effects on the aged mice, which is probably due to effects of decreasing the content of lipid peroxide and reinforcing immune ability .
