Experimental Study Of Inhibitory Effect Of Quercetin Alone Or Combination With Suramin On Growth And Metastasis Of Lung Adenocarcinoma LA795 In Mice

Objective In recent years, withdraw the valid composition in lowside effect from Chinese herbal medicine and natural plants have become the new path to cure tumor; Recent study found the neonatal vas played some important roles in tumour and its metastasis formation. The experiment is designed to study the inhibitory effect of Quercetin alone or in combination with the angiogenesis inhibitor Suramin on the growth and lung metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma LA795 in vivo in mice and its mechanism.Method LA795 cells were inoculated into the T739 mice toeslablish lung adenocarcinoma model, Forty T739 mice bearing LA795 cells were divided randomly into Five groups:A, control group, B, DDP group (DDP2mg/kg) .C, Quercetin group (Quercetin 50mg/kg) .D, Suramin group (Suramin 10mg/kg). E, Quercetin + Suramin group (Quercetin 50mg/kg, Suramin lOmg/kg) .
