The Study Of Using Chinese Traditional Medicine Reverse Multidrug Resistance In Gastric Carcinoma Cells

Objective:To find out a new MDR reversal medicine,We observe the reversal effect of Chinese traditional medicine on human multidrug-resistant gastric carcinoma cell line SGC7901/VCR,and investigate the effect of reversing multidrug resistance in gastric carcinoma cells by the Chinese traditional medicine screened out, and explore the under-lying mechanisms of these effects.Method:Cell lines SGC7901 and SGC7901/VCR were treated with Caulis Spatholobi,Herba Taraxaci,Herba Hedyotis Diffusae,Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei,Poria,Radix Glycyrrhizae. Cytotoxic effect of these agents were analyzed by MTT.
