Objective:To find out a new MDR reversal medicine,We observe the reversal effect of Chinese traditional medicine on human multidrug-resistant gastric carcinoma cell line SGC7901/VCR,and investigate the effect of reversing multidrug resistance in gastric carcinoma cells by the Chinese traditional medicine screened out, and explore the under-lying mechanisms of these effects.Method:Cell lines SGC7901 and SGC7901/VCR were treated with Caulis Spatholobi,Herba Taraxaci,Herba Hedyotis Diffusae,Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei,Poria,Radix Glycyrrhizae. Cytotoxic effect of these agents were analyzed by MTT. After the cells had been treated with these agents individually at the dose level of IC10, or in combination with VCR, DNR concentration in the cells were analyzed by flow cytometry and expression of P-gp in the cells were analyzed by Immunocytohistochemistry.Results:...
