Screeing The Anticancer Spectrum Of Alcohol Extract And Water Extract Of Typhonium Giganteum Engl.Based On Serum Pharmacology

In recent years,people found Typhonium giganteum Engl.has anti-tumor effect,in the folk,cancer patients using Typhonium giganteum Engl.for the treatment,wine water decoction of Typhonium giganteum Engl.or Typhonium giganteum Engl.prepared by soaking mainly used in folk application forms,folk therapy of tumor is a recipe use,aroused widespread social attention,this use of folk is really effective or invalid,if it is effective,is the aqueous extract or alcohol extract effect has better curative effect.Based on this understanding,this paper carried out the research on the above problems.This experiment mainly consists of 4 parts:(1)The experimental contents of Typhonium giganteum Engl.,ethanol and water extracts preparation,(2)In adriamycin as positive drug in vitro and in vivo antitumor serum pharmacology method of serum pharmacology method,(3)Use the method of serum pharmacology of Typhonium giganteum Engl.alcohol from in vitro angle and water extracts on the tumor inhibition rate.(4)Through the establishment of mice model experiment to compare of Typhonium giganteum Engl.,ethanol and water extracts in vivo.Experimental preparation of Typhonium giganteum Engl.in ethanol,the alcohol extract and water extract,extract rate were 2.7%,21.4%.Next,investigate their solubility in water,ethanol saturated solubility found as:0.5556g/mL,water saturated solubility is:0.0935g/mL.The inhibitory effect of Typhonium giganteum Engl.experimental screening of ethanol and water extracts using the method of serum pharmacology anticancer spectrum and compare the two,first of all need to serum preparation of Typhonium giganteum Engl.,ethanol and water extracts,the experiment determined per gavage volume was 0.4ml/10g each mouse each time,the angle of lotus alcohol extract on mice dosage was 44.45g crude drug/kg·d,giant Typhonium giganteum Engl.water extract on mice dosage was 7.48g crude drug/kg·d.The serum containing and water extracts were investigated using MTT Typhonium giganteum Engl.alcohol respectively on 7 cells inhibition rate,get the alcohol extracts from 7 species of cell inhibition rates,In vitro experiment of MTT Typhonium giganteum Engl.extract antitumar effect is remarkable,the anticancer effect of the order from high to low is:SMMC-7721?SGC-7901?MCF-7?HepG2?HeLa?MDA-MB-231?A549.Water antitumar effect is remarkable,the anticancer effect of the order from high to low is:SMMC-7721,HeLa,MD-MB-231,MCF-7,SGC-7901,A549 and HepG2?The antitumor effect of final inspection of Typhonium giganteum Engl.alcohol from in vivo experiments point of extract and water extract.Based on the investigation of the effect of Typhonium giganteum Engl.,ethanol and water extracts on the growth of S180 mice solid tumor,Typhonium giganteum Engl.extract high dose of 44.45g crude drug/kg·d,11.11g crude drug/kg d dose,low dose of 2.78g crude drug/kg d inhibition rates were:57.89%,32.99%,16.48%,giant Typhonium giganteum Engl.aqueous extracts with high dose 7.48g crude drug/kg·d,1.87g crude drug/kg d dose,low dose of 0.47g crude drug/kg d inhibition rates were;54.15%,29.69%,14.68%.Secondly,the influence of Typhonium giganteum Engl.ethanol and water extracts of mouse H22 ascites tumor life prolonged,Typhonium giganteum Engl.extract high dose of 44.45g crude drug/kg·d,11.11g crude drug/kg·d dose,low dose of 2.78g crude drug/kg·d the life prolonging rate was 63.49%,43.65%,30.95%,giant Typhonium giganteum Engl.aqueous extracts with high dose of 7.48g crude drug/kg d,middle dose of 1.87g crude drug/kg·d,0.47g crude drug/kg·d low dose of the life prolonging rate was 51.59%,27.78%,19.84%,visible Typhonium giganteum Engl.ethanol and water extracts in vivo showed good antitumor effect.
