This dissertation is composed of three chapters. In the first chapter, the chemical constituents from plant of Lysimachia were reviewed. In chapter 2, a chemical research of Lysimachia paridiformis Franch. .were carried out, 16 compounds were isolated by various chromatographies over silica gel column, reverse phase column (RP-18,RP-2), Sephadex LH-20, MPLC, semi-pre HPLC and identified by 1D, 2D NMR, MS (FAB, EI, ESI, HR), IR, UV. They are (25R)-3-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D -glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-galactopyranosyl]-5 α-spirost-9(11)-en -12-one (1), gentrogenin-3- O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-galactopyranoside(2), (25R)-3-O- [β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl -(1→4)-β-D-galactopyranosyl]-5α-spirost-12-one(3), (25R)-3,6-di-O-(β-D-gluco pyranosyl)-5α-spirost-3β,6α,23 α-triol(4),(25R)-6-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-5α-spirost-3β, 6α-diol(5), (25R)-3,6-di-O-(β-D- glucopyranosyl)-5α-spirost-3β,6a-diol(6), (25R)-5α-spirost-3β, 6α, 23α-triol(7), β-sitosterol(8), daucosterol(9), 3β-O-[β-D-xylopyranosyl- (1→2) -O-β-D-glucopyranosyl- (1 →4) ] - [0-β-D-gluco pyranosyl- (1→2)] -O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl 16α-hydroxy-13β-28-epoxy-oleanan (10), Cyclamiretin A-3-O- {β-D-xylopyranosyl-(l → 2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl - (1→2)-[β-D-glucopyranosyl- (1 → 4)]} - α-L-arabinopyranoside (11), isorhamnetin 3-0-rutinoside (12), quercetin 3-0-rutinoside (13), β-amyrin(14), β-amyrin acetate (15), dotriacontanol (16).
