The thesis is divided into three parts: The first part is the research about chemicalconstituents of Lysimachia stenosepala Hemsl. The second part is the research aboutchemical constituents of Diplocyc-los Palmatus (L) C. Jettrey. The third part is theresearch about chemical constituents of Ecdysanthera rosea Hook. et Arn.Lysimachia stenosepala Hemsl,which belongs to the family Lysimachia, isdistributed in Hunan,Hubei,Zhejiang,Sichuan,Shanxi and some areas of Guizhou. It isalso used as a herb for mastitis, rheumatoid arthritis,and treatmenting menstruation,with the fuctions of dispelling pathogenic wind and removing dampness, anddetoxication and clearing heat.In order to study the chemical constitutents from the Lysimachia stenosepalaHemsl,Silica gel and Sephadex LH-20colunm chromatography were used to isolatethe chemical constituents, and the structures of isolated compounds were elucidatedby spectral analysis including1D-NMR(1H-NMR、13CNMR、 DEPT),2D-NMR(1H-1HCOY、HMQC、HMBC、NOESY),EIMS,ESIMS and IR. Sixteencompounds were isolated and identified as linoleic acid(1), aconitic acid(2),Sitosterol(3), stigmasterol(4), luteolin(5), oleanolic acid(6), kaempferol(7),quercetin(8),2α,3α,19α,23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(9), ursolic acid(10),3-Phenylpropionic acid;hydroxycinnamic acid (11),(-)–epicatechin(12),β-Daucosterin(13),Methyl3,4-dihydroxybenzoate(14),Xylitol(15),Kaempferol-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside(16).Five compounds were isolated from Diplocyc-los Palmatus (L) C. Jettrey,andthe five compounds were identified as sitosterol(1), Lupeol(2), palmitic acid(3),γ-butyrrolactone-3-carboxylic acid(4), mangiferin(5).Four compounds were isolated from Ecdysanthera rosea Hook. et Arn. andthe four compounds were identified as Lupeol(1), β-Daucosterin(2),D-3-O-methyl-chiro-inositol(3), Apigenin(4).
