| Objective: In organ transplantation, the grafts must be carefully monitored, but it is often difficult to make a quick and accurate diagnosis of unusual changes.The aim of our study is to observe the dynamic expression about the CD15s antigen on peripheral lymphocytes in chronic rejection after renal transplantation, and compared to the gold standard to diagnose chronic rejection: pathology biopsy,and discussing the validity and the usability of the method to examine the CD15s on peripheral lymphocytes, further on to comfirm CD15s about diagnosis and distinction diagnosis in chronic rejection whether has the significance ,as well as to the chronic rejection treatment whether has instruction value launches some discussions and the research.Method: The group 45 cases. male 29 cases, 16 cases of women. 20~62 years of age, the average 35.44±9.35 years,divided into four groups. Group A : 10 patients with normal renal function . Group B : six monthes after transplantation, 15 patients occurred the amount of urine reduces gradually, accompanied by the varying degree hypertension, albuminuria, even anemia,The B ultra inspection of transplant kidney volume is normal or reduces,the internal echo increases,The blood stream resistance index advances, the pathology biopsy is chronic rejection.C:10 patients including transplant kidney nephritis, CsA poisoning, narrow ureter, etc,caused transplant fuction unstable. Group D, 10 cases of normal healthy volunteers. Specimen collection time : each group gathers specimen in 1d, 1w, 2 w, 4w.
