Periodontal tissue regenerating in tooth movement has been regulated by nerve system.It has benn confirmed that SP and CGRP play an important role in periodontal tissues remodeling . As peptoid substance, neuronpeptides are easily degraded by enzymes and their half life periods are only several minutes. This make it impossible for them to generate biological effect for a long time. In order to study and examine their effects for a longer time,it is necessary to establish a sustained release system.The aim of this study was to establish a sustained substance P release system and make it release substance P continuously and slowly so that the effect time of substance P was extended. We apply the sustained release system to celluar and animal experiments so as to study the effect of substance P on PDLC and the remodeling of alveolar bone.
