Background and ObjectiveIncluding the colonic and rectal carcinoma, the colorectal adenocarcinoma is one of the most common carcinoma in our country. Recently, mortality of colorectal adenocarcinoma has been increasing, but its mechanism has not been cleared. Thus, recent studies pay attention to the etiology and morbidity of colorectal adenocarcinoma .The cellular Fas associated death domain like interleukin- β converting enzyme inhibitory protein(cFLIP) is the cell apoptosis suppress protein which is discoveried recently. It has two subtypes: long cFLIP and short cFLIP(cFLIPl and cFLIPS ).Although its structure is homologous with the caspase-8, the cFLIPl/s protein has not function of the caspase-8 protease. After it combines with the FADD, the cFLIPL/S protein can prevent combination of the caspase-8 and the FADD ,inhibit the activation of caspase-8,suppress the serial reactions induced by caspase-8, block the key point of cellular apoptosis signals conducting pathways and thus suppress the apoptosis of tumor cell. Proliferation cell nucleal antigen(PCNA) is...
