The Influence Of Tab. GengNian'an To The Cell Proliferation And Apoptosis Of Human Endometrial Carcinoma In Nude Mice

[Objective]Carcinoma of endometrium is common in gynecologic malignant tumor, and the incidence of it has increased in the recent 20 years. Its prognosis has improved with the development of Modern Medicine. The patients' living time has lengthened, but living quantity has decreased after operation, radiation and chemiotherapy. Because they not only need endure the discomfort of treatment, but also need endure the symptom complied with low estrogen. Hormonal replacement therapy(HT) can relieve unpleasant feel of common menopause women, but it's still a problem that if it will improve the tumor recurring and add death-rate. It needs ample evidence to conform that it is safe for the patients after operation to receive HT.According to the symptom of the patients after operation, the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)called it "pre-postmenstrual syndromes" .The pre-postmenstrual women are easy to be in renal deficiency. Many study has conformed that nourishing kidney can improve the pre-postmenstrual syndromes. Professional TaoLili has treated the patients after operation by Tab. GengNian' an for many years, and succeed.Based on the definite clinical effect, the subject studies on the influence of Tab. GengNian'an to the cellular proliferation and apoptosis of human endometrial carcinoma in nude mice, and probes its safety coefficient to apply scientific function for its wide clinical use.[Methods]Using HEC-1-B cell line, and BASLB/L nude, establish human endometrial carcinoma model in nude mice. 44 nude mice were divided into four groups(GengNian'an group, estrogen group, estrogen + progesterone group,control group). When the tumor been growth, Fed the mice by GengNian'an, Premarin, Medroxyprogesterone Acetate, and physiological saline for 4 weeks, measure the tumor and calculate its volume twice every week , draw its growing picture, and then killed them, get the tumor, detect the expression of PCNA and apoptosis index in tissue of tumor.[Results!1. The tumor growing speed between the GengNian' an group and control group has no significant difference (P>0. 05);between the estrogen group andestrogen+ progesterone group also has no significant difference (P>0. 05);but the speed in the estrogen group and estrogen* progesterone group are quicker than that in the GengNian'an group and control group (P<0.05) .2. The expression of PCNA between the GengNian' an group and control group has no significant difference (P>0. 05);between the estrogen group andestrogen* progesterone group has no significant difference (P>0. 05);in the estrogen group , estrogen+ progesterone group are higher than in the GengNian'an group .control group (P<0. 05) .3. Apoptosis index between the GengNian' an group and control group has no significant difference (P>0. 05);between the estrogen group andestrogen+ progesterone group has no significant difference (P>0. 05);in the estrogen group , estrogen+ progesterone group are lower than in the GengNian' an group , control group (P<0. 05).[Conclusions]!Tab. GengNian'an has no influence to the cellular proliferation and apoptosis of human endometrial carcinoma in nude mice, has no infuence to the tumor growing. Estrogen (premarin) can improve tumor cell proliferating, restrain apoptosis, and hasten tumor growing. So it indicate that it's safefor the endometrial adenocarcinoma patients after operation to accept treament of Tab. GengNian' an.
