Hyperlipoidemia, which is caused by abnormality of fat metabolism and/or conveying, have been verified by overwhelming clinical and epidemiological studies that can result in a significant increasing incidence rate as well as those caused by the abnormality of hemorheology on cardiovascular disease such as artherosclerosis, cerebral thrombosis and so on. Hemorheology is the science researching the fluidity, deformability ,coagulability myxo-flexibility of the blood. The abnormality of the blood-lipid and hemorheology is important reason which result atherosclerosis and cardiovascular disease such as artherosclerosis, cerebral thrombosis and so on. The abnormality of the blood-lipid is observed caused by high levels of TC, TG ,LDL-C ,apoB100 or the low levels of HDL-C ,apoA1, which can cut down the fluidity of erythrocyte plasma, decrease the erythrocyte deformability, then stagnated blood occurred in microcirculation, the blood speed slowed , the blood viscidity increased, microcirculation disturbed ,tissue oxygen lacked, and so it more easer to develop artherosclerosis. Among the danger factors ,the high LDL-C the absence of HDL-C are more significance than others. Thus reducing the lipid levels and improving the indexes of hemorheology efficiently can defer the development of artherosclerosis, even reverse its occurrence.
