Objective: Alzheimer's diseases are Neurodegenerative diseases ,which is characterized by progressive cognitive handicap and memory lesion that onset at the prophase of old-age. At present, there are a hundred million and fifty million patiens in the all the world. With the ageing of the world population be changing increasingly and seriously in recent years, the incidence rate of Alzheimer's diseases gradually increased.Although now we can diagnosis this disease, we don't know the precise nature of pathogenesis. Most scholars think that Alzheimer's diseases are the result of multifactorial so they respectively put forward various hypothesis of pathogenesis. The amyloid hypothesis and the cholinergic hypothesis are the most prevalence. Epidemiological survey suggests that the incidence rate of Alzheimer's diseases is closely correlated with age. Several glycoproteins and glycosaminoglycans that are normal constituents of the estracellular brain matrix bind to A6 and can be found in senile plaque. These "plaque-associated"proteins function as "pathological chaperones"maybe promot the aggradation of A6. Therefore,we injected the the equivalence Aβ1-42 into the region of hippocampi of normal different age rat.and observed the change of aggradation of the Aβ1-42 in the region of hippocampi. Our aim is to Certify that there is the synergic toxicity between the brain matrix of different age and AB142. and the existence cause and effect relation between amyloid protein hypothesis and the cholinergic hypothesis. The proliferation, movement and differentiation of neural precursor cell maybe have the very important meaning for compensation and functions recover of central nervous svstem damages or...
