Backgrounds: Cerebral palsy (CP) is caused by many harmful factors in prenatal period, or labor and postnatal period and can lead to the movement nerve function obstacle. The main clinical manifestation are centro-dyskinesia and posture abnormality. It is the most threaten neurosystem disease for children before school ages, if not being treated or not being treated in time, it will usually result in dysnoesia or motor dysfunction for children . At present, the prevelence rate are from 2‰ to 5 ‰ in the developed countries such as England and Demark. The prevelence rate was 1.92‰ for children aged from 1 to 6 years old in china . The ratio(male vs female)was 1.45:1. The rate was 2.15‰ for those younger than 1 year. In the past,premature, low birth weight, perinatal period asphyxia and kernicterus are main risk factors for CP. Now,more scholars pay close attention to the influence of genetic factors and pregravidic and progestation surrrounding factors.and the influence of chorionitis amnionitis and placentitisand during the early trimester of pregnancy.All these factors that can lead to Embryo-dysplasia,which is the important reason that the surviving high risk new-infants develop cerebral palsy. In addition, some social factors such as malnutrition,yonger mother abuse of dope or drug, family,violence were related to CP.
