This study adopted Philips Achieva 1.5 Tesla superconductive MR,enhancement scanning by injecting contrast agent intraperitoneally and adhibited microscopy coil first time ,took Mus musculus albus and nude mouse as experimental materials,to perform MRI study of human pancreatic cancer in a heterotopic nude mouse model, which was divided into three parts.Part One : Select the coil for mouse MRIObjective: To select the best coil - position combination for mouse MRI .Materials and Methods: Adopting philips Achieva 1.5 Tesla superconductive MR,microscopy coil and C3 coil,using same parameters , fifteen mice were scanned by five coil - position combinations which including micro-4.7-center,micro-4.7-surface,micro-2.3-surface,C3-center and C3-surface to acquire TSE-T1-weighted and T2-weighted transverse axial images.SNR of Liver,right kidney,right- posterior part muscle of cervix was calculated. The quality of images was analyzed.Result: Using same imaging condition, the SNR of microscopy coil's image was higher than C3 coil's, the SNR of micro-4.7-center was the highest,the SNR of micro-4.7-surface was approximate to micro-2.3-surface's . The SNR of C3-centre was approximate to C3-surface's. Conclusion: Adopting same parameters , the SNR and picture quality of microscopy coil were superior to C3 coil's,image quality of micro-4.7-center was the best . It was illuminated that anatomic structure of mouse could be clearly displayed by integrating of clinical application 1.5 Tesla MR and microscopy coil.Part Two: Experimental study of injecting contrast agent intraperitoneally to mouse for MRI enhancement scanning...
