Analyse Of The Filament Of The Lens Epithelial Cell In The Human Cataract

Objective:To study the Morphology change of the filament of the lens epithelial cell in the human non-congenital Cataract.Methods:1. Group cases: The LECs of traumatic cataract (10 cases) in children and age-related cataract (10cases,All are cerebral cortex cataracts, group A for intumescentstage , 8 cases; group B for maturestage, 2 cases)2.Group ontrasted: The LECs of normal(2 cases).The ultrastructural of LECs of the two group were observed by AEM-1200 type electron microscope, the parameters of the morphology change of the filament of the LECs were counted and compared by the picture analyse system of computer.
