Objective To investigate the association among genetic polymorphisms of phase I and II metabolic enzyme (CYP2E1,CYP17,GSTM1 and GSTTl) genes, living habits and the risk of prostate cancer (PCa) in population of Han nationality in Southern China.Methods A case-control study including 163 PCa patients and 202 age-matched controls was conducted.
