we had observed Kunming mice which were exposed to Ivermectin by pouring. This paper selected a batery of two short-term tests, including microuncleus test and sperm abnormality test to detect the mutagenicity of Ivermectin.Meanwhile, distribution of Ivermectin residues in edible tissues of mice was investigated on this paper, and accumulative toxic phenomenon to mice bodies was described as well. The experimentation included two aspect: 1. Microuncleus test and sperm abnormality test: The animal model was made by intraperitioneal injection IVM. Divide the mices into 5 groups, i.e., normal control, positive control, high, middle, and low dosage lVM.The micronucleus rate of erythrocyte of bone marrow was detected by micronucleus test, sperm parameters was detected by sperm abnormality test. 2. Ivermectin residues in edible tissues of mices test: Divide the mice into 4 groups, i.e., normal group(0 mg/kg bw),Group I (low dosage group, 2mg/kg.bw), Group II (mediated dosage group,6mg/kg.bw),and Group III(high dosage group, 12mg/kg. bw).We could get some results by the study: 1. During the experiment, the micronucleus rate of mice bone marrow was not changed obviously among 5 groups.2. During the experiment, the sperm deformity rate of mice was not changed obviously among 5 groups.3. Ivermectin residues in edible tissues of mice test: The negative impacts on the weight, biochemistry, histology and the radio of organ to whole body were not found on the experimental mices of thirty days feeding.Range from 0-12mg/kg bw IVM, the rules of IVM residue in the mice were shown: In the same dosage , the most amounts of IVM residue were dectected in liver, then in kidney, the smallest amounts in meat. What is more, the amount of liver is much higher than that of meat. It was shown that, in the Group 3, the amounts of residue of male mice in liver and in meat were 172.76ng/kg and 25.98ng/kg individually.Meanwhile, in the Group 3, the amounts of residue of female mice in liver and in meat were 201.82ng/kg and 5.28ng/kg individually.
