The Treatment Of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer-related Anemia Through Jianpi Bushen Prescription

Objective:Through controlled clinical study to examine the Jianpi Bushen Prescription treatment of non- small cell lung cancer-related anemia clinical efficacy.Materials and Methods:Non-small cell lung cancer patients with 60 cases of anemia were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group 30 cases,30 cases of the control group.The control group according to specific conditions necessary to give chemotherapy and adjuvant therapy.Other effects should not be used to determine the efficacy of drugs.The reatment group in the control group based on the use of Jianpi Bushen Prescription,2 times/day,six weeks for one course of treatment.One months after determine efficacy.We observed two group of patient's anemia indicators,the changes of clinical symptoms scores,the score of KPS,tumor objective curative effect,the chemotherapy poisonous side reaction.The appraisal was good for the Jianpi Bushen Prescription to treat the non-cell lung cancer relevant anemia's clinical curative effect.Results:1.Anemia indicators:The treatment group of hemoglobin(Hb),erythrocyte(RBC), hematocrit(HCT) of the treatment had larger improve than before treatment and the control group.The differences were significant(P＜0.01).2.The changes of clinical symptom scores:The treatment group on clinical symptom scores had more significantly decreased than before treatment and the control group.The differences were significant(P＜0.01).3.Quality of life:The treatment group after treatment in patients with the score of KPS had larger improve than before treatment and the control group.The differences were significant(P＜0.01).4.Tumor objective curative effect:There were no cases of complete remission,partial remission in treatment group 14 cases(46.67%),the stability nine cases(30.00%),the progress seven cases(23.33%),there is the efficiency of 46.67%and disease control rate of 76.67%.Partial remission in control group 13 cases(43.33%),the stability nine cases (30.00%),the progress 8 cases(26.67%),there is the efficiency of 43.33%and disease rate of 73.33%.By the nonparametric test,tumor objective curative effect control ference between the two groups was not significant(P＞0.05).5.Chemotherapy poisonous reaction:The chemotherapy causes the neutral granular cell reduces,the blood platelet to reduce,the hepatorenal function harm,disgusting vomitive.Two group of between comparison differences does not have the significance(P＞0.05).Two groups of patients during chemotherapy did not appear abnormal heart and kidney.Conclusions:1.Jianpi Bushen Prescription can enhance non-small cell lung cancer-related anemia in patients with hemoglobin counts,erythrocyte count,hematocrit.2.Jianpi Bushen Prescription can improve the patient's clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life.3.Jianpi Bushen Prescription has not increased chemotherapy poisonous reaction.
