There are lots of nerve fibers in the skin of human body. Nerve fibers are made up of neuronic axons and colloid cells which surrounded the axons. Oligodendroglial cells surround the axons of the central nerve system, while Schwann cells surround the axons of the peripheral nerve system.During the recovery of the wounds, nerve fibers and other tissues recover together. But researches show that nerve fibers not only repair themselves but also effect collagenoblasts and other cells by various kinds of methods. All of them can do effects on the recovery of the wounds. Here we research the nerve fibers and try to find how the number of the nerve fibers changes with time after the wounds. Try to find the effect of age factor on the innervation of scar. Abstract as below:More and more researches show that nerve system, especially peripheral nervous system plays an important role in the forming of the scar. But the results of different researchers are not exact the same. More, in the past, researchers concentrated on the early period of scar. The number of the specimen is limited, too. The researches about the scar of advanced stage(more than 1 year after wounds) are rare.As we all know, in the normal skin, age factor do effect the innervation of skin. Most of researchers concentrated on innervation of scars in different periods. There...
