Objective: Hepatocyte hepatoma patients mostly are in advanced stage when they are diagnosed, furthermore, the most patients accompany hepatic cirrhosis or cancerous epistomium of portal vein,so radical excision is very difficult. The therapy of unresectabled hepatocyte hepatoma still depend on the chemical therapy or other chemical-related therapy. Now the most viewpoints are that hepatoma is a chemical therapy drug resistance disease, one of the important causes of failed therapy and relapsed cancer is the hepatocyte's drug resisitence. The drug resistance of tumor cell is related with many agents, the most important agent is that the apoptosis of tumor cell is restrained.Survivin is a member of IAP(inhibitor of apoptosis protein) family, so far,it is the most strong discovered factor of apoptosis inhibition;it is hyperexpressed in hepatocelmlar carcinoma, and produce a marked effect to the drug resistance of liver carcinomatous chemical therapy. In addition, IGF- II (insulin-like growth factor II) is hyperexpressed in blood serum and tumorous organism of hepatocyte hepatoma patients. Some researches manifested that IGF- II can inhibit the natural and drug-induced apoptosis of hepatoma carcinoma cell, and degrade the sensitivity of hepatoma carcinoma cell. Are there relationship of the anti-apoptosis function of IGF- II and survivin? Our experimental objective is investigate that the effect of IGF- II to the adriamycin-induced apoptosis of the hepatoma carcinoma cell(HepG2),and research the relationship of the anti-apoptosis effect of IGF- II and...
