The Research On The Significance Of The Cold-limbs In The Differentiation Of The Deficiency Cold Syndrome And Metabolic Bio-molecular Foundation

Objective: Through the method of combining west medicine and traditional Chinese medicine to choose patients, and study the position of cold-limbs in the deficiency cold syndrome, distribute rule of body surface temperature and relatived difference gene, to further explore the metabolism bio-molecular organism background of deficiency cold syndrome.Method: we choose patients according to the knee joint osteoarthritis and deficiency cold scale which is based on the reliability and validity, measure on the autonomic nerve quotiety, arthralgia scale and body surface temperature, choose two group patients to do gene-array experiment as follow: â‘  contrast between patients who have cold-limbs symptom and not; â‘¡ compare curative effect of patients who have deficiency-cold osteoarthritis syndrome before the treatment with after.result:â‘  in the reliability and validity of deficiency cold scale, we found Cronbach' s a quotiety is 0.8942, split-half reliability is 0. 8323, Kappa is 0.815, ICC is 0.7330 and sensitiveness is about 0. 89, et al. ;â‘¡ in the deficiency patients scale, the patients of cold-limbs has obvious difference from control group (P<0. 01) ;â‘¢ in the body temperature test scale, the patients' temperature of four-limbs has obvious difference from control group (P<0. 01) , especially on the foot;â‘£ differential gene function analysis show the important functional...
