Objective: To observe the clinical effect of ShuFengLiangXueTang(SFLXT) in treating Hormone Dependence Dermatitis(HDD), to study the effects of SFLXT in inhibiting itch and anti-anaphylaxis and to explore the possible therapy mechanism of SFLXT in HDD. Methods: 106 HDD patients were randomly divided into the remedialâ… group, the remedialâ…¡group and the control group. They were treated with SFLXT and western medicine (including loratadine, calglucon and vitamin C) respectively. After 4 weeks of treatment, observe the clinic effect by the signs that erythema, engorge, inflammatory whelk, angiotelectasis, pruritus and other complaint. And to study its effect of inhibiting itch caused by histamine phosphate1 in guinea-pig, to observe its anti-anaphylaxis effect by using delay anaphylactoid mice caused by injection of 2,4-dinitrochloro benzene. Result: The cure and obvious effective rate and total effective rate of the treatment group (groupâ… 55.56%,86.11%; groupâ…¡83.33%,94.44%) is much higher than that of the control group. The cure and obvious effective rate of the treatment groupâ… is higher than the treatment groupâ…¡(P<0.05). SFLXT could prominently improve the guinea pig itch threshold on histamine phosphate, also could markedly restrain the delay anaphylactoid in mice. Conclusion: ShuFengLiangXueTang has definite clinical effect in treating HDD. Anti-inflammatory, antiallergic and antimicrobic effects, analgesia, relieving itching, and facilitating tissue repair of skin may act as its mechanisms.
