Objective:Shufengxuanfei Decoction is an effective proved recipe on treating chronic cough in clinical. Its has effects of dispersing wind and releasing lung, relieving cough and resolving phlegm. To explore more about the functionary mechanism of Shufengxuanfei Decoction on treating chronic cough, we conducted this pharmacodynamical experimental research on the basis of clinical research.Methods:We took 80 patients to carry on clinical observation and comparison.80 patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group was given Shufengxuanfei Decoction, control group was treated with mixture of releasing lung and relieving cough, observed the clinical symptoms and curative effects of patients.Results:After treatment, treatment group and control group had obviously differences in improving clinical curative effects, syndrome effects, Chinese medicine symptom integration and main clinical symptom such as coughing.Conclusions:One. Shufengxuanfei Decoction can evidently improve chronic cough belonged to wind-phlegm accumulated in lung. Patients’symptoms such as coughing, inching in swallow, expectoration can be alleviated obviously. It is superior to control group on improving clinical effect, syndrome curative effects, Chinese medicine symptom integration, and main clinical symptom such as coughing, which has obvious differences. Two. Shufengxuanfei Decoction can obviously alleviate rats’cough which was caused by strong aqua, it has effect of relieving cough.
