Clinical Study On Relationship Among Syndrome Differentiation Of TCM And Lipoprotein(a), Fibrinogen And Transcranial Doppler In Transient Ischemic Attack

Objective:To study the relationship among syndrome differentiation of TCM and lipoprotein(a)[Lp(a)],fibrinogen(Fg) and transcranial Doppler(TCD) in transient ischemic attack (TIA),which supplies objective index for microcosmic syndrome differentiation of TCM in TIA.Methods:74 cases with TIA were selected and classified into combined the wind-phlegm and fire syndrome(CWPFS),hyperactivity of wind-phlegm and blood stasis syndrome(HWPBSS),Qi and Yin dificiency and Blood stasis syndrome(QYDBS S) according to syndrome differentiation classified in TCM,and 20 cases of healthy people were selected as the normal control group(NCG). The 3 different types of TCM of TIA were compared with each other by Lp(a),Fg,and TCD, and then were compared with the normal control group,observing the change of index to study the relationship.Results:⑴Comparison of the four groups'Lp(a):the serum level of LP(a) of 4 groups was as follows: HWPBSS > CWPFS > QYDBSS > NCG, the level of LP(a) in the other two types was significantly higher than that in NCG(P<0.01);the level of LP(a) of HWPBSS was significantly higher than that in CWPFS (P<0.01).⑵Comparison of the four groups'Fg:the serum level of Fg of 4 groups is as follows: HWPBSS > CWPFS > QYDBSS > NCG,the level of Fg in the other two...
