Objective: Transient ischemic attack(Transient Ischemic Attack, TIA) is currently one of the more common clinical acute cerebrovascular disease, is also a kind of can cure cerebral ischemic diseases. Transient ischemic attack(TIA)is the forerunner of acute cerebral infarction, visdue to intracranial vascular lesions caused by transient(transient),focal brain or retinal dysfunction, clinical symptoms lasts 10-15 minutes, mostly back in 1 hour, no more than 24 hours. Don’t left the signs and symptoms of nerve function defect, imaging(CT skull or head mri) inspection without clear responsibility lesions. Its in acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease, is the most value and effect is one of the best treatment diseases, timely treatment of transient ischemic attack(TIA) is one of the important measures to prevent ischemic stroke. Using Johnston and Rothwell ABCD2 score method is put forward, such as transient ischemic attack is divided into high risk: 6-7 points; Moderate: 4-5 points; Low risk: 0-3 three type. According to the characteristics of clinical manifestation and symptoms, and transient ischemic attack should belong to category of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in small stroke, for its differentiation and roughly divided into: essence of liver Yang, wind phlegm obstruction collaterals qi deficiency, blood stasis, liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome, and for its symptom factors study is less, with the development of TCM, in the treatment of transient ischemic attack is playing a more and more important role. This study aims to maximize the exploring traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of transient ischemic attack, the clinical classification of transient ischemic attack combined with TCM symptom factors, research of TCM symptom factors and the relationship between the transient ischemic attack classification, for transient ischemic attack(TIA) of diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to provide new theoretical support, guidance and secondary prevention of transient ischemic attack, reduce the possibility of recurrence of cerebral infarction, in order to improve the treatment effect, reduce the morbidity and mortality rate, improve patient survival and quality of life. Methods : This study selected cases from henan college of traditional Chinese medicine of the first and the third affiliated hospital of encephalopathy in hospital patients, 60 cases were revised according to the 1995 national conference on the 4th cerebrovascular diagnostic criteria. According to the ABCD2 score method, the transient ischemic attack is divided into high-risk group, the moderate group, low-risk groups of three. Selected according to different classification, clinical symptom factors were statistically analyzed, transient ischemic attack classification and correlation factors of TCM syndrome. Results: Blood stasis in high-risk group, the moderate group and low-risk group has a higher ratio, about between 40% and 30%, and blood stasis from high to low risk group showed a trend of gradual decline, the comparison between the three groups(P > 0.05, no significant difference; Followed by phlegm turbidity also has a higher ratio between 25% and 35%, in which the proportion of risk a little higher than other two groups, the proportion of high risk, low risk group, the same comparison between the three groups(P > 0.05, no significant difference. Other such as Yin deficiency, qi deficiency and qi stagnation, and the emergence of the hot rate are low compared with the previous two. All symptoms were no significant difference between the various statistical comparison. Conclusion: blood stasis in transient ischemic attack plays a main role, and the second is the phlegm turbidity, and in the high risk, no obvious difference in low-risk threatening. The findings for clinical workers, formulate reasonable treatment plan provides the theory support, and help to secondary prevention plan formulation, reduce the incidence of cerebral infarction.
