0bjective:To investigate the expression levels of reporter gene in retinal ganglion cells (RGCs) and the optimal conditions of transfection with Ultrasound-mediated Microbubble Destruction.To assess the effect of bcl-xl gene on N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA)-induced apoptosis in cultured RGCs with Ultrasound-mediated Microbubble Destruction.Methods:Step one: RGCs were cultured in vitro.Step two: pEGFP-N1 gene was transfected to RGCs as mark gene with Ultrasound-mediated Microbubble Destruction. Experiment groups include naked plasmid, ultrasound + plasmid, microbubble + plasmid, and ultrasound + microbubble + plasmid. Based on different conditions of trasfection, the last experiment group was divided further into sub groups. Control groups include blank and liposome.
