Objective: The role of laparoscopy for the treatment of cancer remains controversial, and a particular concern is port site metastases after laparoscopic surgery. Since laparoscopy is being performed with increasing frequency, the question arises as to whether it is a safe oncological procedure. Passing SGC-7901 gastric cancer cell line cultured in vitro and intraperitoneal inoculation of SGC-7901 gastric cancer cells in a mouse model,to determine the effect of the pseudo CO2 pneumoperitoneum environment on the growth, apoptosis, abdominal wall scar implantation of gastric cancer cell and CD44v6,nm23H1 expression.Make the first step evaluation for the safety of CO2 pneumoperitoneum laparoscopic surgery used for the treatment of digestive system malignant tumor and provide the related laboratory evidence.Material and method1 The effect of pseudo CO2 pneumoperitoneum environment on the growth, apoptosis and CD44v6,nm23H1 expression of SGC-7901 gastric cancer cells in vitro.
