Objection:1 To study the adjuvant diagnosis value of the 4 serum tumor markers (TM) of tissue polypeptide specific antigen (TPS),lactic dehydrogenase(LDH), carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) and β2-Microglobulin(β2-MG) in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL), include the relationship between the serum level of the TM and the gender , age and histological classification respectively and the value of combined detection of the 4 tumor markers.2 To study the serum level of the 4 tumor markers related to the clinical stages.3 To study the value of 4 tumor markers in the therapy of chemotherapy and 131I-Rituximab.Method:The in-patients with NHL in NanFang Hospital of the Southern Medical University were included through 2003 to 2005 according to the different standards of each part of the study. The serum levels of LDH,TPS,CEA and β2-MG were examined. The clinical reference of the patients such as gender, age, histological classification, clinical stage and effect were summarized and grouped.
