Objective: With the advancement in medical care standard, various types of invasive examinations and operations are increasing, and the widely use of antibiotics has caused the increase of drug-fast bacteria group with each passing day, while the Nosocomial Infection problem is becoming serious increasingly, posing a huge challenge to modern medicine. Large volume of epidemiology literature has shown that the hands of HCWs are the major transmission media for pathogenic bacteria, while many clinical reports have proved that raising hand hygiene compliance could reduce the hospital inspection ratio, and hand hygiene has become the simplest, most economical and also most effective measure for reduction of Nosocomial Infection. However, at present the HCWs' compliance with hand hygiene guidelines is not optimistic, while how to improve the HCWs' hand hygiene compliance has become a difficult task. At present the hot spot of research should be the application of antiseptic hand-rub product. However, the present basic situation for hand hygiene of HCWs of our country is worrisome, which are specifically represented in that the HCWs' attitude towards hand hygiene is still rather indifferent; the ratio for receiving hand hygiene training is still low; low hand hygiene compliance, and investigations has shown that the average handwashing rate by nurses is only (16.36 ± 12.95)% (The ratio equals to the actual handwashing or hand disinfection times of HCWs in work divided by the standard handwashing times for handwashing or hand disinfection stipulated by Ministry of Public Health); the hand contamination of HCWs is serious;...
