| Objective To understand the equipment and equipment usage of hand disinfection(or cleaning)facility in 3 Kindergartens of Xishan District;Grasp the health care teacher,class teacher,childcare staff and other staff hand hygiene cleaning habits and personal protection during the work of child care institutions,at the same time,scientifically evaluate the hand cleaning process of faculty and staff and judge the eligibility of hand colony cultivation;Through the intervention,the impact of hand hygiene awareness,attitude,behavior change and hand hygiene pass rate on nurses and nurses staffs after the comprehensive interventions were analyzed.Materials and Methods Design the questionnaire,interview face to face and collect the capital construction of 18 nurseries and nurseries in the area,the level of understanding of staff hand hygiene knowledge,the cognition of opponent health among different units and positions;Interventions were made to the faculty members through peer-to-peer training,peer-to-peer behavioral interventions and supervision and posting of normative steps to compare the awareness of 130 faculty and staff before and after intervention,awareness of hand washing awareness and normative changes;Scalping the norms of hand-washing of the staff to carry out hand-hygiene sampling and testing,using 1: 1 self-control,comparing the impact of hand hygiene before and after hand-washing,and analyzing the meaning and extent of the hand hygiene of hand-washing.Results A total of 1,18 child care institutions have 256 classes and 8,973 children,11 with more than 350 children and 7 with less than 350.The smallest number of Yunlin nursery 1 caretaker 14 people,three schools have a ceiling of more than 40 classes.2,The minimum faucet in the class is 4 faucets,but it can meet the requirement of at least 10 toddlers to have 1 faucet,reducing the risk of "faucet deficiency" as hand-foot-mouth disease,etc.The largest number of faucets is the inspection bridge Center Kindergarten,which has nine faucets in four of its 15 classes.3,The age distribution of different positions,there is a difference between academic distribution: health teachers,class teachers in 25 ~ age groups more;and caregivers older,35 ~ more age class teacher qualifications are generally higher than the nursery,Low liquidity.Female workers accounted for the vast majority.4,Pre-intervention staff faculty health concept,seven-step wash mastery of poor;need to wash their hands,"moment" in some cognitive deficiencies.5,Health education,special training and business supervision,posting stickers and other practices to wash your hands,you can actively or passively raise the awareness of opponents health and improve the norms of hand-washing.6,"Cleaner,disinfectant to stimulate the skin,causing dry skin," "too busy for work,not enough time","handwashing facilities are not equipped with handwashing facilities(such as disposable wipes,sterilized towels or bake Dry machine,etc.)" may be a major concern affecting staff handwashing.7,Shin Kong kindergarten hand colony count results have improved,and Kinmen and Matsu kindergarten did not;class teacher hand-washing also makes the colony count decreased,and childcare did not significantly improve.Conclusions 1,Xishan District nursery school staff mainly female,class teacher and caregiver age,educational level,job stability are different.2,Faculty staff have inadequate cognition on hand hygiene,cognitive ability and compliance can be changed through different interventions,and awareness of hand hygiene before and after intervention can be improved,thereby improving and unifying the facilities of nurseries and kindergartens Equipment and use requirements.3,The implementation of the "seven-step wash method" can improve hand hygiene colonies count,improve the pass rate;no significant difference between different units,but different positions have statistical significance. |
