The application of laser technology is widely used in the domain of medicine. At the same time it is adopted by the medicine experts. Especially the superiority of the application of laser technology is found its expression in the treatment of vascular diseases. Through the study of the mechanism and method of the treatment of vascular diseases with laser in my paper, it is proved that the treatment with laser is an effective method. Finally laser prototype aeroplane to the needs of clinical surgery will be developed, and it will be expected to be a reference section or a successful example for others of its class.Firstly, the paper introduces the development of laser medicine and vascular diseases of domestic and foreign. The characteristic of the treatment with laser is easy operation, telling effects, small side effects, small risks and short cycle, so it has pulled in more and more people's attention widely.Furthermore, we study the mechanism and method of the treatment of vascular diseases with laser, by a series of animal experiments: extra-vascular irradiation on 2~3mm small vascular and endovascular irradiation on 10mm greater vascular, and the analysis of pathology of the vascular that has been irradiated. It is confirmed that the treatment with laser is based mainly on photo-thermal interaction. And blood coagulation, vasoconstriction and vein occlusion are realized by the thermo scathe of blood and vascular with laser irradiation. Finally vascular diseases are cured. At last, according to the data from the animal experiments, we contrive the hardware equipment, optical systems, electronically controlled systems and software of the laser prototype aeroplane. We must orient our laser prototype aeroplane to the needs of the clinical surgery by the end.
