Objectives:To evaluate the clinical curative effect on retinal vein occlusion (RVO). To discuss the clinical opportunity and the facula establishment of argon laser treatment on retinal vein occlusion.Methods:To analyzes the 111 (llleyes) RVO patients that were diagnosesed by eyeground fluorescence angiography with Japanese KOWA machine from February 2008 to July 2009 in Jilin central hospital.And 40 CRVO patient examples (40eyes), 13 HCRVO patient examples (13eyes),58 BRVO patient examples (58eyes). According to the FFA observation, divided the 58 eyes that appeared blood capillary non-irrigation area but with no neovascular into preventive laser group, and the 53 eyes that appeared neovascular into the laser treatment group. The former group included 19 CRVO eyes,28 BRVO eyes and 6 HCRVO eyes, and the latter group included 21 CRVO eyes,30 BRVO eyes, and 7 HCRVO eyes. Laser coagulation all the eyes in the same condition and technique. After the treatment,recheck the vision, corrects vision,the slit lamp, the eyeground and the FFA inspection after 1,3,6th month. Take laser coagulation if discovered the non-irrigation area or the neovascular regeneration by FFA. The recheck results as the evaluation criteria of two groups after 6 month. All patient material passes through the SPSS software to statistical treatment.Results:(1) In the preventive photocoagulation group,51 eyes not appeared neovascular,87.9%,7 eyes appeared neovascular,12.1%,and 1 eye appeared neovascular glaucoma.In the therapeutic photocoagulation group of 53 eyes,48 eyes appeared neovascular atrophy,90.6%,5 eyes appeared neovascular,9.4%,1 eye appeared neovascular glaucoma. There was no statistics difference between the two groups (2) Two CRVO groups were treated with poor eyesight, and have no obvious difference, HCRVO patients was slightly better than CRVO patients, BRVO patient outcomes good eyesight after photocoagulation.The vision after photocoagulation was closely related to the types of vein occlusion. (3) Therapeutic photocoagulationâ…¢level spot in group 1 spot diameter reaction betweenâ…¡superior density disk reaction spot 1.5 level, Preventive photocoagulationâ…¡group withâ…¢grade level spot spot no significant differences.Conclusion:(1)Argon laser photocoagulation was effect in treating the neovascular of RVO patients, and the neovascular occurred was the chance for the RVO patients be treated by laser. Preventive photocoagulation may reduce neovascular or neovascular glaucoma incidence, but can not prevelevel amputation completely.(2)Vision after photocoagulation was closely related to retinal vein occlusion.(3)Light spot Setting: RVO patients with neovascular should set III level light spot, without the neovascular should setâ…¡level light spot.
