A Correlatactive Study Between Platelet-activating Factor Acetylhydrolas Gene Polymorphism And Bronchial Asthma In Children.

Objective To study the correlative association between platelet-activating factor acetylhdrolase(PAF-AH) genetic polymorphism and bronchial asthma in children.Methods Genetic polymorphism was analysed in 53 asthmat -ic children and 35 healthy children with polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) technique.Results There are no significant differences among the asthmatia groups and normal controls about the distribution frequency of genotypes and alleles(P>0.05).
