Study On The Correlation Between Interleukin-12 Gene Polymorphism And Asthsma Children Of Hui And Han

Objective: The papers intends to study the correlation between the IL-12 gene polymorphism and the asthma children of Hui and Han and the normal children of Hui and Han.Methods: The peripheral blood specimens of the asthma children of Hui and Han and the children of control groups of Hui and Han would be extracted,with 60 samples for each group.With the methods of PCR and RFLP,the genotypes of 4polymorphism sites and the allelic frequency of IL-12 gene of the above four groups would be analyzed and compared.Result:1.rs3212227,rs14050306 and rs6887695 sites:Within the asthma and its control group of Han children,the asthma groups of both Hui and Han children,the asthma and its control group of Hui children and the normal groups of both Hui and Han children,there is no statistical significance in genotypes and allelic frequency of IL-12 three loci(according to Chi-square test,genotype and allelic frequency: P>0.05)2.rs15677380 locus:Within the asthma and its control group of Han children,the asthma groups of both Hui and Han children,the asthma and its control group of Hui children and the normal groups of both Hui and Han children,there is no statistical significance in genotypes and allelic frequency of IL-12 rs15677380 locus(according toChi-square test,genotype and allelic frequency: P>0.05).3.rs15677380 locus:There is statistical significance in the asthma and control group of Han children(according to Chi-square test,genotype and allelic frequency: P<0.05),which proves r=that rs15677380 may be a susceptible locus of asthma Han children.Conclusion: A significant correlation exists between rs15677380 locus of IL-12 gene and asthma of Han children,which proves that this loci may be a susceptible loci of asthma Han children.The other three loci of IL-12 gene has no remarkable dependence with asthma Hui and Han children.
