ObjectiveTo observe the changes of serum the expression of the leptin receptors gene in the liver of experimental fatty liver and cirrhosis of liver, and to discuss the possible mechanisms and significance.Method1. Non-alcoholic fatty liver(NAFL) model of male Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats were fed with a eaten hyper-fat diet, cirrhosis were made by injection of thioacetamide(TAA), and control group was made at the same time for 12 weeks. The rats weight, liver weight and liver index were measured during the experiment.2. The message RNA(mRNA) levels of leptin receptors were measured by fluorescent quantitative reserve transcription polymerase chain reaction(FQ RT-PCR).Result1. Fatty liver and cirrhosis of liver models were successfully constructed.2. The mRNA levels of leptin receptors gene is increased in the liver of experimental non-alcoholic fatty liver and cirrhosis of liver. There was no significant difference between the mRNA levels of leptin receptors gene of the non-alcoholic fatty liver group, cirrhosis of liver group and control group (P> 0.05).3. The mRNA levels of leptin receptors gene was closely relevant to weight in the non-alcoholic fatty liver group (r=0.959, P<0.05). The mRNA levels of leptin receptors gene was closely relevant to weight in cirrhosis of liver group(r= 0.803, P<0.01).Conclusion...
