[Objective] To observe the change of morphology, permeability and HSP70 of rats intestine after SMA ischemia reperfusion.Evaluating the protective effect of rhubarb and Gln on intestinal I/R injury, and its possible mechanisms.[Materials and Methods] Rhubarb, Gin, combined, control and pseudosugery group. The intestinal I/R model of rats was established by blocking SMA for 30 minutes.Rhubarb, Gln, the mixture of both drugs were given orally in rhubarb, Gln and combined group respectively.Control and pseudosugery group gave same volume of normal saline. The first four groups also accepted continous TPN for 5 days after the operation.24h of urine, portal vein blood, pancreas, MLN, 10 cm jejunum and 10 cm ileum were collected on day 6 for L/M, 16s rRNA gene, culture, morphology and HSP70 study.[Results] 1. urine L/M: L/M was significant high in control group compared with other groups (p<0.005) .There were no difference among the other four groups;2. 16s rRNA gene in portal vein blood: Positive rate of 16s rRNA gene in pseudosugery, rhubarb and combined groups were much lower than control group(p<0.01) , Gln group was also lower but there was no statistically difference.Satisfactory dependability (p<0.01) was found in correlation analysis between positive rate of 16s rRNA gene and L/M;3. Microphytology culture: Positive rate of culture in control group was significantly higher than the other four groups. There was no satisfactory dependability found in correlation analysis between positive rate of culture andL/M;4. Intestinal morphology: The villi height and mucosa thickness of small intestine...
