Objective: 1. To observe the change of T24 cell proliferation after exposure to holmium laser with different energy levels. Meanwhile, the further experiment was carried on to detect whether holmium laser could cause apoptosis in T24 cell apoptosis. 2. The analysis about the pathway that holmium laser induce these changes will be done. Methods: Study shows the direct low energy holmium laser radiating can result in the similar effect as PDT(photodynamic therapy). In order to study the cell changes both in cell proliferation and apoptosis influenced by the holmium laser, the human bladder carcinoma cell T24 is chosen as the target cell, and is treated with laser holmium. With the different exposure energy, the OD values of the contrast group and the five trial groups are measured at the same time of 48h after treatment. The MTT assay outcome is referred to decide the holmium energy for the later experiment. It demonstrates that holmium laser direct radiating can inhibit the cell growth and it also tells the relative inhibition rate increases with the energy uprising. The specific holmium energy that affects cell well is given for the further experiment, and the fluorescent microscope, the immunochemistry of cell and the technique of...
