Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics of severe acute biliary pancreatitis(SABP), Hyperlipidemic severe acute Pancreatitis (HLSAP) and alcohol-related severe acute pancreatitis (ARSAP)。Methods: .111cases of SAP which were treated in our hospital according to the standard of bringing into and excluding were reviewed. To analyze the ages, sex, Ranson scores, CT scores, APACHE-Ⅱ scores, complications (acute respiratory distress syndrome, acute renal failure, shock, congestive heart failure, hepatic inadequacy, pancreatic encephalopathy, alimentary tract hemorrhage, infection and hyperlipoidemia) and mortality. Results: There were 35 cases of SABP, 20 cases of HLSAP and 29 cases of ARSAP in the 111 cases of SAP.In which, the incidences of ARDS,renal failure, shook, cardiovascular failure, hepatic failure, alimentary tract hemorrhage, infection, hyperlipoidemia and mortality were 58 cases (52%) , 26 cases (23%), 16 cases (16%), 22 cases (20%), 48 cases (43%), 8 cases (7%), 31 cases (28%), 18 cases (16%) and 12 cases (10.81%) respectively.The age of onset, sexuality, Ranson scores, APACHE- Ⅱ scores, CT scores and the incidences of ARDS,renal failure, shook, cardiovascular failure, alimentary tract hemorrhage, infection, hyperlipoidemia and mortality were no statistical significance between SABP and non-SABP (P>0.05) . |
