Detecting Allergen Of Children With Asthma And Alalyzing Its Clinical Significance

Objective: To evaluate the clinical significance of skin prink test, blood serum allergen test and total IgE in serum of asthma in children. Method: 121 children with asthma and 111 control group were used by skin prink test with dermatophagoides farinae and dermatophagoides pteronyssinus,expectedly,at the same time,the level of total IgE in serum of 66 children with asthma was checked by ELISA,the level of serum allergen test of 59 children with asthma was checked by immune strap mark experiment. Result: ①The total positive rate of skin prink test of 121 children with asthma was 28.10%. ②The positive rate of dermatophagoides farinae was 27.27%, while the positive rate of dermatophagoides pteronyssinus was 26.45%.③Result of dermatophagoides farinae and dermatophagoides pteronyssinus by skin prink test were related to the grades of asthma. ④The positive rate of serum allergen test of 59 children with asthma was 77.97%, including cat with 44.07%, dog with 38.98%, dermatophagoides farinae with 22.03%, dermatopha-goides pteronyssinus w ith 20.34%, s ea food with 16.95%. ⑤There was not statistically significant difference between the positive rate of skin prink test and serum allergen test. ⑥The level of total IgE in serum of children with positive result of skin prink test and serum allergen test were significantly higher than that of children with negative result. Conclusion: Skin prink test can be choosed to check allergen in children with asthma firstly.and companied with total IgE in serum as accordings for diagnosis and therapy of asthma.
