Objective To know the attack risks in the more than two years of diagnosis and treatment of children asthma in respiratory department, in order to offer help for asthma control. Methods Using questionnaires or telephone follow-up to obtain clinical datas of the children who had been diagnosed asthma and treated for more than two years, the contents included: age, sex, asthma onset age(≤3years or>3years), exposure to smoke, living in urban or rural, family history of asthma or rhinitis, eczema, rhinitis, skin prick test results, inhaled corticosteroid adherence, decoration housing, keeping pets, parents’ educational level, asthma exacerbation, emergency visits or hospitalizations for asthma attack, lung function in recent weeks, then analying the influences of above factors on children asthma exacerbation. Results 1.110 asthmatic children in all, age between 4-16 years old, average 8.8±3.3,male 64(58.2%), female 46(41.8%).2.There were 36 asthma exacerbation in the cases, and almost 40 percent(14/36) of them needed to have emergency department visits or hospitalizations. The lung function of children with acute asthma attack was worse, especially in PEF% and MEF75%(P<0.05).3.Single factor analysis shows the younger asthma onset age, family history of asthma or rhinitis and irregular use of ICS infuence the occurrence of children asthma exacerbation obviously. Multivariate Logistic regression also shows that they are the independent risk factors of children asthma exacerbation who had been diagnosed and treated for more than two years. Conclusions Although some children’s asthma had been diagnosed and treated more than two years, their pulmonary function is wose significantly when the attack occured, and the younger age of asthma onset, family history and poor treatment compliance are all the important risk factors. Objective To explore the major food allergy of children with allergic diseases, and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Analyzing the food allergy skin prick test results of 1,863 children with allergic diseases in the respiration outpatient of Children’s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from October 2014 to January 2015. Results 1.1,444(77.5%) patients came from Chongqing, 347(18.6%) from Sichuan and 72(3.9%) from other southwest regions, such as Yunnan, Guizhou and so on, there were no statistical significance both in gender and age(P>0.05).2.The total positive rate of the 10 food allergens was 31.7%, of which sea crab and shirimp was the highest, then followed by peanut, egg, cow milk, soybean, beef, mangifera, hairtail and malus. The strong positive results were sea crab, shirimp, egg, peanut and cow milk.3.The male overall positive rate was higher than female, but in which only the peanut’s positive rate showed statistically significant(P=0.015).4.The food allergy positive rate of children with allergic diseases elevated with age, especially after the preschool(P=0.000).The positive rate of food allergen SPT results differed in different age groups, cow milk and egg were the main food allergens in early childhood, but sea crab and shirimp in older children, the distribution characteristics of strong positive rate were also same.5.There was no statistical significance in the total positive rate of food allergy among different allergic diseases, including children asthma, rhinitis, allergic cough and dermatitis in this research. And only the sea crab’s positive rate had statistical significance in the different allergic disease(P=0.045).The strong positive rate of sea food was also the highest. Conclusion The distribution characteristics of different age and gender in the children with allergic diseases varied, realizing allergens early can be useful for clinic.
