Objective: To evaluate application value of contrast urtrasonic study in hysteroscopic surgeries. Methods: 56 patients with endometial polyps underwent transcervical resection of endometrium(TCRE), 25 patients with submous moyma or uterine leiomoyma underwent transcervical resection of moyma (TCRM), 8 patients with intrauterine foreign bodies underwent transcervical resection of intrauterine foreign bodies(TCRF), 8 patients with uterine spetum underwent transcervical resection of uterine spetum(TCRS), 5 patients with intrauterine adhesion underwent transcervical resection of intrauterine adhesion(TCRA). The whole procedure was monitored by transabodominal ultrasound. Results: Uterus depth 6~12cm average(7.80±1.60)cm, operating time 8~40min average (18.96±1.60) min, losted blood 25 —32ml average (28.16±1.12) ml, hospitation time 2—6d average (4.60±1.20)d .101out of the 102 patients were successfully performed operative hysteroscope. In the remaining 1 patient, uterus was perforated, who was placenta implantation case. Conclusion: our study showed that transabdominal ultrasonograph has important value in increasing the success rate and decreasing the complication.
