Objective: The aim of study was to observe the curative effect of Tanreqing injection and Bingyanqing treating the type of Wendu influenza through to differentiate of influenza symptoms and signs and quickly detect influenza A.Method: Influenza borderline cases were collected from ShenZhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, then detecting them with the method of ELISA. 60 cases were screened and randomly classified routine therapeutic group and contral group. Each group were respectively 30 cases. Therapeutic groups were treated with Tanreqing injection and Bingyanqing, while contral groups were treated with Bingduzuo injection and Bingduzuo buccal tablets. We progressed 2 days clinical observation.Result: Two groups of the age, sex, pathogenetic condition level were no difference (P>0. 05);25 cases with febrile and 21 cases with cough were improving within 2 days in therapeutic groups, while 11 cases with febrile and 17 cases with cough were improving within 2 days in contral groups. On the whole, the relieving time of clinical symptom of therapeutic groups was shorter than the contral groups, there was a significant statistical difference (P <0.05) .According to score standard, the two groups were no statistical difference (P>0. 05) in aspect of febrile and cough. After 2 days, therapeutic groups post-treatment surpassed own pre-treatment(P<0. 01). And we found score of therapeutic groups were not so many as contral groups, there was a significant statistical difference(P<0. 05);The total evaluation on the basis of symptom, objective sign, hemogram displayed:10 cases were heal, 10 cases were excellence, 6 cases were utility, 4 cases were ineffective in therapeutic groups, the total effective power was 86. 66%;but 2 cases were heal,11 cases were excellence, 3 cases were utility, 14 cases were ineffective in contral groups, the total effective power was 53. 33%. The total effective power oftherapeutic groups were obviously higher than the contral groups. Conclusion: According to the above results of clinical observation and recognition of influenza etiological factor and pathogenesis.we can draw the following conclusions: (1) Influenza etiological factor is Wenrexiedu and the pathogenesis is heat retention of YangQi and crown closure of FeiWei. (2) To detect influenza virus with the method of ELISA was convenient and easy, It can obtain result within 3-4 hours and provid evidence for clinical doctor. (3) Traditional Chinese medicine is superior to Western medicine in treatment of influenza.
