The Study Of Suchanxuanmaiganjie Decoction For The Pharyngolarryngeal Syndrome Of The Chronic Primary Glomerulonephritis

Objective To evaluate the effect of Suchanxuanmaiganjie decoction and dissuss the reaction mechanism of it by the study of Suchanxuanmaiganjie Decoction therapy for the Pharyngolarryngeal syndrome of the chronic primary glomerulonephritis . So it could provide new therapy to prevent the chronic primary glomerulonephritis, offer scientific theory and clinical proof to develop medicament further.Methods 45 Patients were divided randomly to two groups named treated group and control group, the former group was composed 30 cases and the latter 20 cases. Both groups were treated by the same basic western medicine ,in addition, the treated group was treated with Suchanxuanmaiganjie Decoction. One decoction one day and the course of treatment was one month. We observed the change of the integral calculus of symptom and biochemi indexes that including CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, IgG, IgAandIgM, and judged the different effect of the two groups by comparing the indexes.Results1.The total curative effective rate of the treated group was 90%,which was more higher than that of the control group(67%)after therapy , and the difference between them is significant(P<0.05).2. The total effective rate of the treated group was 93.9%, 40.6% higher than that of the control group with the remarkable significant difference(P<0.01 ) on the side of improving the symptoms of the chronic primary glomerulonephritis.3. The integral calculus of symptoms of both groups decreased with different degrees. The symptoms of the disease, for example, angina, antiadoncus, and so forth had remarkable significance compared with the the symptoms before the treatment (P<0.05orP<0.01) .The integral of the symptoms such as angina, discomfort of throat, sensation of dryness and ardor, congestion of throat, and hyperplasia of lymph follicle,decreased much in contrast with the control group (P<0. 05orP<0. 01) .4. 24h urinary protein of both groups decreased with different degrees after therapy, but the change of the treated group was more significant than that of the control group (P<0. 05) .5. The blood IgG increased remarkably on the contrast with the level before the treatment (P<0.05) .6. The blood CD3+, CD4+ and CD4/CD8 improved remarkably on the contrast with the level before the treatment(P<0.05)and the control group(P<0.05), both of them had significant difference.lt proved that Suchanxuanmaiganjie Decoction had the corrective action on T lymphocyte.7. The recurernce rate of the treated group was more lower than that the control group after therapy , and the difference between them is significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Suchanxuahmaiganji?Decoction had great impaction on relieving the major clinical symptoms of the Pharyngolarryngeal syndrome of the chronic primary glomerulonephritis, especially on the angina, discomfort of throat, sensation of dryness and ardor, and hyperplasia of lymph follicle, decreasing 24h urinary protein, decreasing blood IgG regulating humoral immunity, improving blood CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, and correcting the fuction of T lymphocyte, reducing the recurrence rate of chronic primary glomerulonephritisremarkably.
