Results : 1. Laboratory data:There was no significant difference of the laboratory data on the three research timing(P>0. 05). 2 Questionnaire data: 2.1 Comparison in each of the two groups:Comparison between the post-therapy and the pre-therapy day: there was no significant difference on the two days in the group of the group A(P>0.05);but there was significant difference in the score of EF, QL, FA, NV, SY, SL, AP, CO, FI in the group B(P<0. 05). The scores of these domains were worse than the day of pre-therapy in the two groups.Comparison between the 20 days after post-therapy and the post-therapy day: there was significant difference of the SF, QL, FA, DY, AP in the group A and EF, SF, QL, FA, NV, SL, AP in the group B(P<0. 05). The scores of these domains were better than the day of post-therapy in the two groups.Comparison between the 20 days after post-therapy and the pre-therapy day: there was significant difference of the SF, FA in the group A and the EF in the group B(P<0. 05). In the group A, the scores of all domains were better than that of the pre-therapy day;but in the group B, only the scores of the PF, SF, PA were better. 2.2 Comparison between the two groups:Comparison on the pre-therapy day: there was no significant difference of all domains between the two groups(P>0. 05).Comparison on the post-therapy day: there was significant difference of the EF, QL, NV, SL, AP, CO between the two groups (P<0. 05). The scores of these domains of the group A were better than the group B.Comparison on the 20 days after post-therapy: there were significant difference of the EF, SF, QL, FA, DY, AP, CO between the two groups (P<0. 05).
