Analysis The Curative Effect Of Painful Heel Syndrome Therapied By Qufeng Tongluo San

[Objective] :To show the modern medicaltheory of painful heel syndrome. At the same time, compare to:pray of pain spot blocking. Evaluate the curative effect of painful heel syndrome which therapied by spray of Qufeng Tongluo San, then, Analysis the trial result and provide scientjfic foundation for clinical drug of painful heel syndrome.[Methods]: According to the serious diagnosis standard, from April 2004 to April 2006, 60 patients were therapied in our :hospital. They were randomly and equally devided into two groups.They were the treatment group(Qufeng Tongluo San) and the control group(pain spot blocking)。 Pre—treatment and post—treatment were scored separately, and then, analysis the evaluation resul. 。[Results]:After 30 days, the cure rate was 33.3%, the excellent rate was 53. 3% and the good rate was 10%, the non-rate was 3. 3% and all the good rate was 96. 7% of treatment by the drug of treatment group;The cure rate was 36. 7%, the excellent rate was 60% and the good rate was 3. 3% , the non-rate was 0% and all the good rate 100% of treatment by the drug of control group. The cure rate, the excellent rate and the. good rate of two groups did not:show some significant difference by X~2 check comparison according to P>0. 05. There were no bad effect of treatment by the drug of treatment group after 30 days. Qufeng Tongluo San has not stimulation for the skin, at the same time, it has no Cutaneous anaphylaxis, so it is effectly and safe. It has excellent effects of vanishing swell. receding congestionand accelerating habilitation of heel function on the treatment of painful heel syndrome by Qufeng Tongluo San .[Conclusion]:1. Both spray of Qufeng Tongluo San and pain spot blocking have excellent effects on the treatment of painful heel syndrome, the cure rate and the excellent rate of both do not show some significant difference;2 . In the lately days of injury, the effect of Qufeng Tongluo San is better than that of pain spot blocking spray on relieving pain;3. Qufeng Tongluo San has not stimulation for the skin, at the same time, it has no Cutaneous anaphylaxis, so it is effectly and safe.
