The Clinical Effect Of Taohong Siwu Decoction On Menopausal Women Heel Pain

Objective:through the methods of clinical observation,comparison of thswd and guyouling clinical effect on menopausal women heel pain,treatment advantage and mechanism of system evaluation of Taohong Siwu Decoction on menopausal women heel pain.Methods:the patients were all from the Department of Gynecology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine.A total of 60 cases were collected and divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly,with each group having a total of 30 patients(n=60).The treatment group was treated with fumigation and washing with Tao Siwu Decoction,while the control group was treated with bone friend Ling liniment.One week for a course of treatment,continuous medication for three weeks,weekly assessment of treatment effects,such as early to achieve the standard of recovery,can stop medication.Observe and compare the two groups of patients before and after treatment of heel pain,functional activity improvement.Results:there was no significant difference between the two groups in the data of the patients with menopausal heel pain(P>0.05).The use of Taohongsiwu Decoction fumigation in treatment of patients with the total effective rate was 96.7%,with guyouling treatment the total effective rate was 90%,Taohongsiwu Decoction fumigation treatment clinical effect is significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically change(P<0.05);the two groups of patients before treatment and after treatment with foot scoring Department of pain and functional activities,the data will be statistically,with significant difference(P<0.05);superior to improve the level of functional activity of Taohong Siwu Decoction group after treatment of heel pain,the control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:after treatment,the clinical symptoms of two groups of patients with heel pain have improved,but the efficacy of topical Taohong Siwu Decoction in treating female climacteric heel pain,effective,no obvious side effects,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
