The Clinical Observation On Painful Heel Syndrome Treated With Joint Needling

Objective:to study the clinical effects of joint needling in treating Plantar Fasciitis painful heel syndrome,to explore a kind of acupuncture therapy which is effective and worthy of application and popularization treated heel pain.Methods:Sixty patients who suffered from Plantar Fasciitis painful heel syndrome were selected,they were randomly allocated to the treatment and control groups with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group received by joint needling and the control group was intervened by routine acupuncture.The two groups were treated for 6 days that is the course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of the treatment,they take a day off between the course,they were treated 1 times a day with 40 minutes left needle every time.It is observed that before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group of the VAS scale.According to the Guidelines for the Clinical Research of Chinese Medicine New Drugs records of patients with Numerical Rating Scale,the therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results:1?There was a statistically significant pre-treatment and post treatment difference in the VAS score in the two groups(P<0.01).There was a statistically significant post-treatment differernce in the VAS score between the treatment and control groups(P<0.05).The VAS score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.2?There was a statistically significant pre-treatment and post-treatment difference in the Numerical Rating Scale in the two grouPs(P<0.01).There was a statistically significant post-treatment difference in the Numerical Rating Scale between the treatment and control groups(P<0.01).3.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was up to 96.7%,the control group was 86.7%,the difference between the two groups was significant difference(P<0.05).Prove the effect of the joint needling on the PHS is better than the routine acupuncture.Conclusions:1?The joint needling and rountine acupuncture are better than the pre-treatment in the VAS and NRS scores.2?In VAS score,joint needling is superior to the rountine.3?The joint needling has a obvious advantage than the rountine in NRS scores.4?The clinical efficacy of joint needling stays ahead of rountine acupuncture.
